By accessing and using the HMC Online Store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. By making a purchase through the online store, you represent that these tickets will be used in a lawful manner.
By purchasing HMC concert tickets, you understand and agree that these tickets are non-transferable and are valid only for the date indicated on the chosen date and time. You understand and agree not to re-sell the tickets at a higher price (i.e., "scalping"). You also understand and agree that, should you not be able to attend for whatever reason, that there shall be no refunds issued. Payment may be made by PayPal or (via PayPal) major credit cards.
The HMC reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any purchase and/ or to refuse to refuse service to any user.
The HMC may make changes in information about the price of tickets for purchase online at any time and without warning. Additionally, the HMC may sell concert tickets online for a different price than they are being sold online.
The HMC collects some of your personal information online when you register online, including your name, address, phone number and email address. We also collect information that will allow you to establish a username and password.
We may use your personal information within the Halifax Music Co-op:
to provide you with the services and products you request;

All of the HMC’s communication with you, unless otherwise indicated, will be through email, such as receipt of payment confirmation. You agree when you use this site and accept those terms that we can send you these kinds of emails. We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law, S.C. 2010, c. 23. If we send you promotional emails, you will be able to unsubscribe from these emails if you wish to do so.
The Halifax Music Co-Op (the “HMC”) makes all reasonable efforts to accurately information on its website. This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; the HMC makes no representations as to the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
Your use of this site is at your own risk. We hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to products or services sold through the HMC Online Store. The warranties do not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
In the event of any problem with using the HMC Online Store, you agree that your sole remedy will be to cease using the online store.
